Spring in the Pyrenees

Spring in the Pyrenees

Spring has well and truly arrived in the Pyrenees, bringing new growth to our vines as they begin their journey toward the 2025 harvest.

Our vines are currently in the shoot and inflorescence development stage, with the start of flowering expected around early November.

We are about to start shoot thinning, which involves removing shoots that are not needed in the centre of the vines, or any double buds. This process ensures we get the best quality fruit we can, to make the best possible wine.

It’s an exciting time of renewal, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for the upcoming season.
